A “citizen of the world”, with a passion for developing people and businesses, Claire Lecoq founded BusinezArmony in 2009 to provide consulting, training and coaching services to participants and staff of higher education institutes as well as employees of international companies. Claire spent half of her 30-year career in multinational corporations (Boehringer Ingelheim, Tupperware, Mattel) as a Marketing/Sales Executive and the other half in the recruiting and education sectors (Korn & Ferry, INSEAD France and Singapore, IMD Lausanne and HEC Paris). She has lived and worked in five countries, travelled extensively in more than 50, managed teams in Asia, Europe and America and worked in English, French and German. From these experiences, she gained the ability to bridge the corporate and the academic worlds and help multi-cultural organizations and individuals develop and enhance performance for mutual benefit. During her career, Claire acquired familiarity with a wide range of business sectors from pharmaceuticals and textile to energy, luxury and consumer goods. She held positions in multiple business environments (BtoB, BtoC and direct selling) and corporate cultures (US and European multinationals, family businesses). She trained, coached and counselled hundreds of high potentials and Executives from over 60 nationalities.

Claire holds a BA in International Business from ESSEC France and an MBA from IMD Lausanne Switzerland. She is a certified professional coach (CPCC) by CTI (Coaching Training Institute) and is a member of the ICF (International Coaching Federation).
