Cambridge Judge Business School Careers Centre has worked with Claire several times over the years on strategic projects. Her insights are always informed by her deep knowledge of careers, the unique nature of each programme and her understanding of the needs of our experienced student demographic.
She combines a sharp focus and incisive mind with real empathy, allowing her to build rapport with a broad range of people and come up with workable solutions. She is great to bounce ideas off, listening and asking the kind of questions that bring clarity and insight. Her contribution to our strategic restructure has been invaluable and I would love to work with her again.
Claire has been working with our MBA students for many years. Her experience at an international level is always highly appreciated. Claire has accompanied the Department of Corporate and Alumni Relations (which includes industry outreach, career services, fund raising as well) in its project of organizational evolution. She has done a complete analysis of our organization & work flow including overlaps and gaps, done some benchmarking and proposed a new structure for a better efficiency of our large department. Her ability to listen, her knowledge of different organizational models and her ability to convince have been very valuable and have greatly facilitated appropriation within the teams.
I worked with Claire at Lee Hecht Harrison on various occasions, mostly client facing situations and I always noticed that Claire is gifted to understand individuals’ mindset, where people stand into a business discussion, as well as to run efficient stakeholders management. Claire a long experience with dealing with senior executives and her expertise has always had a great impact into our projects. On a more personal token, I like Claire’s personality, she is a delightful person, easy to work with and fun!
