BusinezArmony believes in leveraging the values of Western individual leadership and Asia collective harmony in order to develop global, responsible leaders.
We are inspired by the term harmony -often used in music- which derives from the Greek ἁρμονία (harmonía) and means “connection, agreement, concordance: to fit together, to join”. Like musicians each playing their part to create harmonious music, we believe that by having all the actors in your organization – students, managers, employees at all levels – be in their best possible roles, maximizing their skills and competencies, motivated and fulfilled at work, the system will generate optimal results and create value.
